Great customer service, friendly people, nice hot whirlpool a plus. Not too loud with children. Easily accessible and with a good location across from Chequemegon Bay. Nice smoke are, great coffee. Location is major key here, close to Bayfield, Apostle Island Tours, and only 30 min away. The Bay area is beautiful. Convenient store close, and not to far from Copper Waterfall. Kayaking is an option, remember though, this is a small town if you plan to eat dinner, then plan before 9 pm, otherwise you are limited on fast food .

a younger man employee was working in front and he was rmthe most politest person and most helpful from the beginning we arrived. Very calm, patience and smiles was the best. We had to leave earlier then expected and the checkout lady in the am on sunday was also very awesome and sweet.

The hotel is older and a little tired, but the rooms were quite updated and overall the public spaces were clean. It was pricey for what it is but then it's the high season and we were late in booking.

Breakfast was so so. Boiled eggs, yogurt and a waffle maker. Some applesauce and diced fruit. Juice and coffee. No hot entrees or extra toast or pastries. Having to carry everything to a separate breakfast room was a little awkward. Beds are comfortable.

Good location. Room had everything we needed. Pleasant night.
